Thank you for your interest in being part of the Sauna Fest 2025!
Please read all the vendor information below before completing the application form.

TRADING REQUIREMENTS
Please stay trading on sight for the duration of the festival - 16-18 May 2025.

VENDOR FEES
TIER 1 - $250.00
3M frontage - Suitable for gazebo style vendor set up or small food truck/cart
TIER 2 - $400.00
More than 3M frontage - Suitable for larger vendor set up, double space requirements, large food truck more than 3M in length
***Vendor fees include 2x festival tickets per 3M frontage reserved, free onsite camping and power & water supply

PAYMENT OF VENDOR FEES
Successful applicants will be required to pay for their site and any additional tickets within 1 week of their invoice being issued to secure their site. Vendor fees are inclusive of GST.

CASH & EFTPOS
You’re welcome to use one or the other or both. There will be WIFI available if required for EFTPOS machines.

HOURS & KEY DATES
A guideline for vendors:
Fri: 2pm – till late | Sat: 8am – till late | Sun: 8am – 12pm
*Variance in trading hours can be discussed with The Sauna Fest prior to the event.

KEY DATES
1 Mar - Applications close
17 Mar – Applicants notified and invoices sent
April – Pre-festival briefing email sent

PACK-IN / PACK-OUT
Pack in - From 9am Friday 16 May. All vendors must to be on site, set up and ready for trade by 2pm.
Pack-out - From 12pm Sunday 18 May. All vendors must be off site by 4pm.
